These terms cover use of sitesbymahnoor.com and enquiries to Sites by Mahnoor, a website design studio in Dubai, UAE. By using the site or starting a project discussion, you agree to them.
What we do
We design and build business websites, portfolios and Shopify stores at fixed package prices published on our Pricing page, or at a custom quote. Prices are in AED unless we agree otherwise. Domain names and third-party subscriptions (for example Shopify plans) are paid by you and stay in your name.
Enquiries are not a contract
Sending a WhatsApp message, email or booking a call does not create a paid contract. A project starts only when we both agree the package or quote, payment terms and scope in writing (email is enough).
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate business details, logos, text and images you have the right to use.
- Respond in a reasonable time during the build so we can meet the timeline we share.
- Keep your domain, hosting and app logins secure after handover.
Our responsibilities
- Deliver the agreed scope to a professional standard.
- Hand over the site and a simple guide when the project is complete.
- Treat your files and business information carefully.
Payment
Payment details and any milestone schedule are confirmed before work begins. Flexible options may be available on request. Work may pause if an agreed payment is late.
Intellectual property
After full payment, you own the custom design and content we create for your project. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing. Third-party themes, plugins, fonts and stock assets stay under their own licences.
No guarantees beyond the brief
We do not guarantee search rankings, sales numbers or advertising results. Websites depend on your offer, content and ongoing use.
Limitation
To the fullest extent allowed under UAE law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for a project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project.
Site content
Content on this marketing site is for general information. Package features and prices can change; the agreement for your project is what we confirm with you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Courts of Dubai have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
